Canning 101: Water Bath & Pressure Canning

Welcome to the magical world of canning! In this 2 hour workshop, we will cover both water bath canning and pressure canning.
You will learn which type of canning to use for which types of foods, the necessary tools and steps to take to ensure a safe end product, and you’ll be able to participate in the canning process!
